Spicy Creators legal
Content and Consent Policy
This policy sets the rules for all content uploaded to Spicy Creators, including private drafts prepared during the pre-launch period. It forms part of the Creator Agreement. Content that does not meet this policy will not be approved for publication and may be removed at any time.
1. The core rule
Every identifiable performer appearing in your content must be verified and linked to a valid release. No content will be approved for publication until this is complete for every person who appears in it.
A person is an "identifiable performer" if they appear in the content and could reasonably be recognised — by face, distinctive tattoos or marks, voice, or any other identifying feature. If in doubt, treat the person as identifiable.
2. Performer verification
- Every identifiable performer must be at least 18 years old at the time the content was made.
- Every identifiable performer must complete identity verification with a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching face photo, in the same way account holders are verified.
- Verification records are stored privately and are reviewed by our compliance team before content can be approved.
3. Releases
A release is a signed record in which a performer confirms, for specific content:
- their identity and that they were 18 or over when the content was made;
- their informed consent to appear in the content;
- their consent for the content to be distributed on Spicy Creators, including any paid distribution.
- Each upload must be linked to a valid release for every identifiable performer in it.
- Releases are reviewed by our compliance team and may be rejected if incomplete, inconsistent or unverifiable.
- A release obtained through pressure, deception or while the performer was unable to consent is not valid.
4. Withdrawing consent
- A performer may withdraw consent for content they appear in at any time by contacting [email protected].
- When consent is withdrawn we will remove the content from the platform. Compliance records of the original consent and the withdrawal are retained as required by law.
- Withdrawal of consent by any performer in a piece of content applies to the whole piece of content.
5. Prohibited content
The following are strictly prohibited. Uploading them will result in immediate removal, account termination and, where appropriate, reports to law enforcement:
- Any content involving a person under 18, or presenting a performer as under 18.
- Non-consensual content of any kind, including hidden-camera, leaked, or "revenge" material.
- Content featuring any person who has not been verified and linked to a valid release.
- Content involving coercion, trafficking, or any person unable to consent (including through intoxication).
- Content depicting or promoting serious harm, violence without consent, or illegal acts.
- Content involving animals.
- Content recorded in places where the people shown had a reasonable expectation of privacy and did not consent.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright or was created by someone else without permission to distribute it.
6. Review and moderation
- All content is reviewed before publication. During pre-launch, drafts remain private and are only visible to you and our review team.
- We may reject or remove content at any time, including content that was previously approved.
- Repeated or serious breaches of this policy will end your participation in the creator programme.
7. Reporting
Report suspected non-consensual content, underage content or any other breach of this policy immediately to [email protected] with "URGENT" in the subject line. Reports are reviewed as a priority and can be made by anyone, including people who do not hold an account.
8. Record keeping
We keep verification records, releases, consent withdrawals and moderation decisions for as long as the law requires, even after content is removed or an account is closed. These records are held privately and shared only with regulators or law enforcement where legally required. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Changes to this policy
This is the pre-launch version of this policy, dated 17 July 2026. It will be expanded before public launch, and you will be asked to review and accept any updated version before publishing content.
