Spicy Creators legal
Creator Agreement
This Creator Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and Spicy Pineapples ("we", "us"). It applies when you register a creator studio on Spicy Creators, and it governs your participation in the pre-launch programme and, once the platform opens, your use of Spicy Creators as a creator. By ticking the acceptance box on the registration form you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Pre-launch status
Spicy Creators is an announced service and is not yet a live platform. During the pre-launch period:
- You may prepare a private profile and private draft content while your application is under review.
- Nothing you upload is published or visible to fans until your application is approved and the platform launches.
- Publishing, subscriptions, checkout and all other monetisation features are disabled and will only be enabled after approval, launch and completion of the compliance checks described below.
- We may change launch timing, pause onboarding or close the pre-launch programme at any time.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must complete identity verification, including a valid government-issued photo ID and a matching face photo.
- You must provide accurate legal details (legal full name, date of birth, nationality) and keep them up to date.
- You must have the legal right to work and receive income in your country of residence.
- We may refuse, suspend or withdraw creator status at our discretion, including where verification, sanctions screening or compliance checks cannot be completed.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for all activity on your creator account and for keeping your password secure.
- Your account and studio are personal to you. You must not sell, share or transfer access to your creator account.
- One person per account. Accounts featuring more than one performer must comply with the Content and Consent Policy, including verification and releases for every identifiable performer.
4. Content ownership and licence
- You keep ownership of the content you create and upload.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, transcode, display and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving Spicy Creators. This licence ends when the content is deleted from the platform, except where retention is required by law or for compliance records.
- You warrant that you own or control all rights in your content, that it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and that it complies with the Content and Consent Policy.
5. Content standards and moderation
- All content is subject to the Content and Consent Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.
- All content is reviewed before it can be published. We may reject, remove or restrict content at any time.
- Every identifiable performer appearing in your content must be verified and linked to a valid release before that content can be approved.
6. Payments and payouts
- No payments, subscriptions or payouts operate during the pre-launch period.
- Payout details you provide during onboarding are encrypted and stored only to enable future payouts. They are never shown publicly.
- Payout terms, platform fees and payment schedules will be set out in a further agreement or schedule before monetisation is enabled. Monetisation also depends on approval by our payment providers.
- You are responsible for your own taxes, social security contributions and any registration or reporting obligations that apply to your earnings.
7. Your data
Identity documents, legal details and payout details are held privately for verification, compliance and payout purposes and are never displayed on your public profile. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data.
8. Suspension and termination
- You may withdraw your application or close your creator account at any time by contacting [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate your creator account if you breach this Agreement or the Content and Consent Policy, if verification fails or is revoked, if required by law or a payment provider, or if the platform does not proceed to launch.
- On termination we will remove your content from the platform, subject to legal and compliance retention requirements (for example, consent and verification records).
9. Liability
Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, during the pre-launch period the service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or expectations about launch timing, features or future earnings.
10. Changes to this Agreement
This is the pre-launch version of the Creator Agreement, dated 17 July 2026. A fuller agreement will be issued before monetisation launches, and you will be asked to review and accept it before publishing or earning on the platform. We will notify you of material changes by email or through your dashboard.
11. General
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Agreement operates alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict about creator matters, this Agreement takes priority.
- Questions about this Agreement: [email protected].
